What options are on the dashes?

Just like any other vehicle, you've got your Radio & Heater/Cooler (A/C if it has it) knobs in the centre. If it has Axle Lock, Diff Lock or Dump Box, you'll find the buttons down on either side of the steering wheel. The signal lever is on the right side, with the window wiper blade lever on the left side. There is a small glove box on the passenger side.

Seating?

Seats for two - Some have bench style seats, others buckets.  Most seats lift up & out for mechanical access.

Are they left-hand drive or right-hand drive?

All Japanese Minitrucks come in right-hand drive.  The driver steps out onto the curb.

Is it a bother driving from wrong side of cab?

Shifting is no problem! Your gears are all in the same places, but your sitting on the right side of them. Within two minutes you've got it under control. The thing that will get you is the signal switch. It is on the right of the steering column -  and the wipers are on the left. After a few times of using your wipers to let others know you are turning, you'll figure it out.

As for sitting on the other side - that is no problem. Because they are so narrow, you are nearly in the centre of the vehicle anyways. But, you will find yourself often walking up to the wrong side of the truck to get in :)
